More than 500 youth lined Sunset Boulevard during rush hour on October 16 to express their love for afterschool programs.  When “Helmet”, the mascot of sponsor PG&E, showed up to motivate participants and encourage support, the enthusiastic honking of passing motorists went up several decibels.
