Francis Scott Key provides an academic and enrichment afterschool program that focuses on expanding academic achievement and promoting youth development. Students attend the program daily from 1:50 - 5:50 pm and participate in academic classes focusing on Literacy and Math, a homework/tutorial program,
and a variety of enrichment activities.

"Before I was in [the Francis Scott Key After School Learning Program] I just went home after school and did my homework. Then I watched T.V. and spent the rest of my afternoon bored. After I got into the program in the fourth grade, I got lots of help on my homework and had a lot of fun."

The After School Learning Program provides students who are in need of academic assistance, a
safe place to explore academics and experience enrichment outside of the regular school day.
