Francis Scott Key Elementary School
Francis Scott Key provides an academic and enrichment afterschool program that focuses on expanding academic achievement and promoting youth development. Students attend the program daily from 1:50 - 5:50 pm and participate in academic classes focusing on Literacy and Math, a homework/tutorial program, and a variety of enrichment activities.
"Before I was in [the Francis Scott Key After School Learning Program] I just went home after school and did my homework. Then I watched T.V. and spent the rest of my afternoon bored. After I got into the program in the fourth grade, I got lots of help on my homework and had a lot of fun."

The After School Learning Program provides students who are in need of academic assistance, a safe place to explore academics and experience enrichment outside of the regular school day.
Some of the enrichment activities include:
- Traditional Chinese Dance
- Martial Arts
- Origami
- Games/Recreation
- Sports Instruction
- Art
- Cooking
- Arts and Crafts
- Movies
