SNBC's Rec Connect programs are part of the Rec Connect Initiative, a partnership involving the Department of Children, Youth and their Families and non-profits like the Sunset Neighborhood Beacon Center.

The goal of Rec Connect is to strengthen San Francisco rec centers as lively community hubs with new and improved programs for youth and their families. West Sunset Rec Connect offers exciting classes in technology, arts, and enrichment, all designed with the goal in mind of fostering strong, positive Youth Development.

REGISTRATION

All classes based on a lottery system. Please click below to register for the programs you are interested in.

To attend a program you and your child must make the committment to regularly attend the class and be punctual with arriving and being picked up. Thanks!

Afteschool Program (3:30p-6p 6th graders)

Monday-

Robotics Club (6p-8p ages 12-17)

Tuesday-

Dancing by the Beach (6p-7p ages 6-11)

Advanced Dancing by the Beach (7p-8p ages 12-17)

Wednesday-

Internet Explorers (6p-7p ages 8-11)

Mini Meals (7p-8:30p ages 8-13)

Thursday-

Steel Pan Drumming (6p-7p ages 8-13)

Youth Leadership Council (7p-8:30p ages 12-17)

Fall programs will run from August 30th to November 18th.
