SNBC’s Family Services are aimed at addressing some of the most pressing needs of families in the Sunset District. Currently, SNBC’s Family Services dedicate targeted resources towards juvenile case management, as well as the language-learning needs of English Language Learners (ELLs).

SNBC's School-Based Case Manager serves as a support for youth clients by bridging the gap between parents, teachers, and the students. Our School-Based Case Management focuses on creating a positive environment for our young clients, and builds upon a youth's resiliency and assets.

In response to significant community demand, SNBC’s English Language Learner Programs are designed to meet the needs and interests of English Language Learners. Particular emphasis is placed upon engaging families and reducing their isolation from the English-speaking community.
