8th Grade Coordinator at AP Giannini Beacon
Crystal Cervantes was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from San Francisco State University in 2018 with a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology. Crystal joined SNBC in the beginning of 2016 as a CAS Science Action Club leader for A.P. Giannini Middle School and has transitioned into the role of 8th Grade Rec Connect Site Coordinator this school year. Crystal is passionate about youth work and firmly believes that social change begins in the mind of a child. She is dedicated to mentoring and guiding youth through both hardships as well as opportunities for growth. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys reading books, running, practicing yoga, meditation, and venturing through nature.
